Nelson is a food research scientist, with expertise and interest spanning from food and nutrition; Food safety and risk assessment; Food processing; and Sustainable food production. microbiology.
Nelson holds BSc. and MPhil. degrees in Food science from the University of Ghana, legon.
OLIVE - Financial Secretary
Olive is an astute Business and Financial Administrator by profession and qualication. Her interest and contribution in managing the finances and managerial roles of FWFG is enormous; with the aim of promulgating preventive health practices among the Ghanaian populace.
Olive possesses a BSc. Business Administration from the University of Ghana, Legon.
MABEL - Programmes Secretary
Mabel loves to equip herself with knowledge and skills in food and agriculture in order to best assist in sustainable food production in Ghana; and mke a difference in the lives of our hardworking farmers and other food producers.
Mabel is an MPhil. candidate in Soil Science (Soil microbiology) at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi. She had her BSc. Agriculture at the same University and proceeded to work as a Teaching and Research Assistant at the Department of Crops and Soil Science, KNUST.
Mabel's areas of expertise include food and agriculture; soil science; and sustainable food production.
CHRISTABELL -Deputy Programmes Secretary
Christy is an entrepreneur, food safety advocate and one of the active 'ambassador' and product of the University of Ghana Food Safety Training Centre for nutritionists and other health professionals.
Her passion in ensuring that safe food and water are ingested by a consumer cannot be overemphised.
